Overview

What we do

Allium turns organic waste into something genuinely useful – rebuilding soil, restoring land and supporting nature recovery.

We work with a wide range of regulated organic waste streams, turning them into low-carbon soil conditioners that improve land and support agriculture. Alongside this, we deliver land restoration and biodiversity creation schemes focused on lasting ecological benefit.

Where material can’t be used on land, it’s put to work elsewhere in the system to generate heat and power. Everything we do is designed to work as part of a single, joined-up system.

Rebuilding Soil

Healthy soil is the foundation of productive land.

 

Allium produces certified and non-certified soil conditioners that improve soil structure and nutrient balance, helping farmers and landowners restore soil health while reducing reliance on chemicals. Our products are carefully regulated, responsibly applied, and designed to deliver real, demonstrable benefit on the ground.

Restoring Nature

Restoring land today means more than simply making it look natural again.

 

We design and deliver land restoration and biodiversity creation schemes that support habitat recovery, rewilding and long-term stewardship. Through our specialist On Nature capability, we help create and manage Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) projects that deliver measurable outcomes and lasting environmental value.

Recovering Energy

Not all material can be composted for land benefit, but that doesn’t mean it goes to waste.

 

Materials that can’t be used on land are recovered within the process to support composting and site operations, keeping the system efficient and low-carbon. Any surplus energy is supplied locally or to the grid, ensuring every input has a purpose.
