Allium was formed to put organic waste to productive use – not just diverting material, but improving land, supporting nature recovery and creating long-term environmental benefit.
In the early days, the focus was on restoring former landfill sites, processing organic waste into compost-like outputs that helped bring land back into active use. As the environmental and regulatory landscape evolved, the scope of the business expanded with it.
Today, Allium operates across three core areas: producing soil conditioners for agriculture, delivering land restoration and biodiversity schemes, and recovering energy from materials that can’t be composted. Each element supports the others within a single integrated system.
