Whilst the standard for contamination in PAS100 compost is tight at 0.12%, we’re aiming to consistently achieve the higher end-of-waste standard of less than 0.06% contamination.
It’s a small addition with a big impact: cleaner outputs, better soil conditioners, and materials our energy recovery process can put to genuine use.
In our experience, the details matter as much as the big picture. Every tonne of contamination we remove is a tonne closer to compost agricultural users can trust, and biomass that performs the way it should.
It’s part of how we keep turning organic waste into something genuinely useful.
